Instructions
- Cook the pasta

- Cook the seafood
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
- Add seafood and cook 2–3 minutes until just done.
- Remove and set aside.
- Make the creamy sauce
- In the same pan add remaining butter.
- Sauté onion for 2 minutes, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir, and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Add cheese & seasoning
- Stir in parmesan, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Add a little pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
- Combine everything
- Add cooked pasta and seafood back into the pan.
- Toss well to coat the pasta in sauce.

- Add lemon juice and parsley.
