Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz / 225 g) refrigerated biscuit dough (buttermilk or plain)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Optional: glaze (½ cup powdered sugar + 1–2 tsp milk)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.

2️⃣ Prepare Cinnamon Sugar

  • In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.

3️⃣ Shape the Biscuit Bites

  • Cut each biscuit into quarters (or smaller pieces if desired).
  • Roll each piece into a ball.
  • Dip or brush each ball with melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.

4️⃣ Bake

  • Place in prepared mini muffin tin.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.

5️⃣ Optional Glaze

  • Mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth.
  • Drizzle over warm biscuit bites.
