🍥 Classic Cinnamon Rolls

🧾 Ingredients
Dough
- 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F / 43°C)
- 2½ tsp active dry yeast
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
Filling
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2–3 tbsp ground cinnamon
Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

1️⃣ Make the dough
- In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs. Add yeast mixture.
- Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead 5–7 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise 1–2 hours, or until doubled in size.
2️⃣ Prepare the filling
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Spread softened butter over the rolled-out dough, then sprinkle cinnamon-sugar evenly on top.
3️⃣ Roll and cut
- Roll dough into a rectangle (about 16×12 inches).
- Starting from the long side, roll tightly into a log.
- Cut into 12 equal pieces and place in a greased baking pan.
4️⃣ Second rise
Cover and let rise 30–45 minutes until puffy.
5️⃣ Bake
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Bake rolls 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
6️⃣ Glaze
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
