🛒 Ingredients (Makes 12 cups)

  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother chocolate)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt (optional, if peanut butter is unsalted)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

1️⃣ Melt the Chocolate

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate with coconut oil in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

2️⃣ Prepare Peanut Butter Filling

  • In a bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth and slightly thick.

3️⃣ Form the Cups

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Spoon about 1 tablespoon melted chocolate into each liner and spread slightly up the sides.
  3. Freeze 10 minutes to firm.
  4. Add about 1 teaspoon–1 tablespoon peanut butter mixture on top (flatten slightly).
  5. Cover with more melted chocolate until filling is sealed.

4️⃣ Chill

  • Refrigerate 20–30 minutes until fully set.
