Here’s a hearty Chili con carne recipe—rich, spicy, and perfect for a comforting meal. 🌶️🥩🍲


Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (400 g) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Cook the Beef

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned.

2. Add Spices

  • Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook for 1 minute to release the flavor.

3. Add Tomatoes and Beans

  • Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, kidney beans, and beef broth.
  • Stir well.

4. Simmer

  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 25–30 minutes until thick and flavorful.

5. Serve

  • Serve hot with rice, bread, or tortilla chips.
