Chicken Wings

Posted on March 23, 2026 by Admin

Chicken wings are a popular, flavorful cut of chicken that can be baked, fried, grilled, or air-fried. They’re perfect as snacks, appetizers, or part of a meal, and can be tossed in sauces ranging from classic buffalo to sweet and sticky glazes.

🍗 Classic Crispy Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Optional: chili powder for heat

For the sauce (optional):

  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp honey or sugar

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep wings:
Pat dry the wings with paper towels to remove moisture (helps them crisp).
  2. Season:
Toss wings with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and optional chili.
  3. Bake:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange wings on a baking tray in a single layer. Bake 35–40 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. Optional sauce:
Melt butter and mix with hot sauce and honey. Toss baked wings in the sauce before serving.
  5. Serve:
Serve hot with dips like ranch, blue cheese, or extra hot sauce.

🍴 Variations:

  • Buffalo wings: Toss in classic buffalo sauce (hot sauce + butter).
  • Honey garlic wings: Bake or fry wings and toss in honey + garlic sauce.
  • BBQ wings: Coat with BBQ sauce before or after baking.

💡 Tips:

  • For extra crispy wings, bake at high heat and avoid overcrowding the pan.
  • Patting wings dry is key for a crunchy texture.
  • Marinating wings for 1–2 hours enhances flavor.

I can also share a fried chicken wings recipe, a slow cooker version, or an air fryer crispy wings method if you want.

Do you want me to give one of these versions?
