Here’s a classic, crispy, and juicy Chicken Tenders recipe — perfect for dipping, snacking, or a family meal.

🍗 Crispy Chicken Tenders

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 lb (450 g) chicken tenders or chicken breast cut into strips
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the chicken

  • Pat chicken tenders dry.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

2️⃣ Set up breading station

  1. Place flour in a shallow bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk eggs with milk.
  3. In a third bowl, combine panko and Parmesan cheese.

3️⃣ Bread the chicken

  • Dredge each chicken tender in flour, shaking off excess.
  • Dip into egg mixture.
  • Coat evenly with breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.

4️⃣ Fry the chicken

  • Heat 1/2 inch of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
  • Drain on a wire rack or paper towels.

5️⃣ Serve

  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauces: honey mustard, ranch, barbecue, or buffalo sauce.
  • Pair with fries, coleslaw, or a simple salad.

Tips for Perfect Tenders

  • Extra crispy: Double-dip in egg and breadcrumbs.
  • Bake option: Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Seasoned breadcrumbs: Mix in smoked paprika, onion powder, or Italian seasoning for extra flavor.

If you want, I can also give you a spicy buffalo chicken tenders version or a crispy oven-baked healthier version.
