🥗 Chicken Salad

A creamy, flavorful dish made with cooked chicken, mayonnaise, and crunchy add-ins. Perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or serving over greens.


🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 3 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1–2 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion, minced
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ¼ cup grapes (halved)
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans or almonds
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill
  • 1 boiled egg, chopped

🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare chicken
Use roasted, poached, or rotisserie chicken. Let cool before mixing.

2️⃣ Mix dressing
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣ Combine
Fold in chicken, celery, and onion. Add any optional ingredients.

4️⃣ Chill
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
