Crispy Chicken Fritters 🍗✨
These are golden, tenappetizerder, and perfect as a snack, , or main dish.
🧾 Ingredients (makes ~8 fritters)
- 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, finely chopped or shredded
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2–3 tbsp oil for frying
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the batter
- In a bowl, whisk egg and milk.
- Stir in flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
2️⃣ Add chicken
- Fold in the chopped or shredded chicken until fully coated.
3️⃣ Fry the fritters
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the chicken mixture into the skillet.
- Flatten slightly and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
4️⃣ Drain
- Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
🍽️ Serving Suggestions
- Serve with ranch dressing, honey mustard, or hot sauce.
- Pair with a side salad or fries for a fuller meal.
