Juicy Pan-Seared Chicken Breast

You need:

  • Chicken breast
  • Salt, pepper
  • Olive oil or butter

Steps:

  1. Flatten it a bit – pound or slice so it’s even thickness (this is the secret).
  2. Season well on both sides.
  3. Heat a pan on medium-high, add oil.
