🍗 Chicken Breast – Easy & Juicy Recipe

Chicken breast is lean, high in protein, and very versatile. Here’s a simple way to cook juicy, flavorful chicken breast that works for many meals.


🥄 Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried oregano or thyme
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken

  • Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  • If thick, lightly pound them so they cook evenly.

2️⃣ Season

  • Rub olive oil over the chicken.
  • Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano, then sprinkle evenly over both sides.

3️⃣ Cook in a Pan

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken breasts.
  3. Cook 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Add lemon juice at the end for extra flavor.
