Ingredients (4–6 servings)

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed or blanched
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp butter (optional, for breadcrumb topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare Cheese Sauce:
    In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar.
  3. Combine Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, mix the chicken, broccoli, bacon, and cheese sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Assemble Bake:
    Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheddar on top. If using breadcrumbs, mix them with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese.
  5. Bake:
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top. If using breadcrumbs, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra crispness.
