Okayyy now you’re talking fancy-comfort 😮‍🔥
Here’s a Cajun Lobster, Crab & Salmon Alfredo that’s rich, creamy, and just the right amount of spicy.

🌶️🦞 Cajun Lobster, Crab & Salmon Alfredo

Ingredients

Seafood

  • 1 lobster tail, cooked & chopped
  • 6 oz salmon, cubed
  • ½ cup lump crab meat
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil

Alfredo Sauce

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1½ cups freshly grated Parmesan
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne (optional, for heat)

Pasta

  • 12 oz fettuccine (or linguine)

Garnish

  • Parsley
  • Extra Parmesan
  • Lemon wedges (optional but 🔥)

How to Make

  1. Cook the pasta
Boil in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Season & cook seafood
Toss salmon and lobster with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    Heat butter/oil in a skillet:

    • Sear salmon first (2–3 min per side). Remove.
    • Lightly sauté lobster 1–2 minutes. Remove.
    • Gently warm crab last—don’t break it up.
  3. Make the Alfredo sauce
In the same pan, melt butter.
Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
Pour in cream, simmer 3–4 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan, paprika, and cayenne until smooth.
  4. Bring it together
Add pasta to sauce, toss to coat.
    Add seafood back in gently.
Use reserved pasta water if needed for silkiness.
  5. Finish & serve
Garnish with parsley, Parmesan, and a squeeze of lemon.

🔥 Pro Tips

  • Blackened option: blacken the salmon separately for extra Cajun flavor
  • Extra rich: add a splash of lobster stock to the sauce
  • Not too spicy? Cajun + paprika only, skip cayenne

If you want this restaurant-style plating, extra spicy, or oven-baked, say the word 😌🍝
