Ingredients
Seafood
- 1 lobster tail, cooked & chopped
- 6 oz salmon, cubed
- ½ cup lump crab meat
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
- Salt & black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
Alfredo Sauce
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1½ cups freshly grated Parmesan
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne (optional, for heat)
Pasta
- 12 oz fettuccine (or linguine)
Garnish
- Parsley
- Extra Parmesan
- Lemon wedges (optional but 🔥)
How to Make
- Cook the pasta
Boil in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water. - Season & cook seafood
Toss salmon and lobster with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat butter/oil in a skillet:- Sear salmon first (2–3 min per side). Remove.
- Lightly sauté lobster 1–2 minutes. Remove.
- Gently warm crab last—don’t break it up.
- Make the Alfredo sauce
In the same pan, melt butter.
Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
Pour in cream, simmer 3–4 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan, paprika, and cayenne until smooth. - Bring it together
Add pasta to sauce, toss to coat.
Add seafood back in gently.
Use reserved pasta water if needed for silkiness. - Finish & serve
Garnish with parsley, Parmesan, and a squeeze of lemon.
