Here’s an easy, bold Cajun Corn on the Cob recipe—spicy, buttery, and perfect for grilling or boiling 🌽🔥


Cajun Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 ears fresh corn, husked
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne for extra heat
  • Optional toppings: Parmesan cheese, lime wedges, chopped parsley

Instructions

Boiled Method

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add corn and cook 5–7 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain and brush with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne if using.

Grilled Method

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. Brush corn with melted butter.
  3. Grill 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly charred.
  4. Season immediately while hot.

Oven-Roasted Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Wrap buttered and seasoned corn in foil.
  3. Bake 25–30 minutes.
