🍩 Bundt Cake

A Bundt cake is defined by its beautiful ring shape, made in a special Bundt pan with a hole in the center. It’s not a specific flavor—you can make it vanilla, chocolate, lemon, marble, and more.


🧾 Classic Vanilla Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 170–175°C
  • Grease and flour your Bundt pan very well (don’t miss any corners!)

2. Cream butter & sugar

  • Beat until light, fluffy, and pale

3. Add eggs

  • Add one at a time, mixing well after each addition

4. Mix dry ingredients

  • In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

5. Combine

  • Add dry ingredients alternately with milk
  • Stir in vanilla until smooth

6. Bake

  • Pour into pan (fill only about ⅔ full)
  • Bake 45–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean

7. Cool & release

  • Let cool 10–15 minutes
  • Invert onto a plate and remove gently

🍫 Variations:

  • Chocolate Bundt – add cocoa powder
  • Lemon Bundt – add zest + lemon juice
  • Marble Bundt – swirl chocolate batter into vanilla
  • Chocolate chip – fold in chips

🍯 Simple Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk or lemon juice
    Mix and drizzle over cooled cake

🔥 Pro Tips:

  • Grease thoroughly or it may stick
  • Tap pan before baking to remove air bubbles
  • Don’t overbake—it dries out quickly
  • Let it cool slightly before removing (but not too long)
