🍗 Buffalo Wings (Classic Spicy & Tangy)

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 2 lbs (900 g) chicken wings, split into flats and drumettes
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper
- ½ cup hot sauce (classic: Frank’s RedHot)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Optional: celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing for serving
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the wings
- Pat wings dry. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
2️⃣ Cook the wings
Oven Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with foil and a wire rack.
- Arrange wings in a single layer.
- Bake 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Air Fryer Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway, until crisp.
Deep Fry Method
- Heat 1–2 inches of oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry wings 8–10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels.
3️⃣ Make Buffalo sauce
- Mix hot sauce and melted butter until smooth.
4️⃣ Toss wings in sauce
- Place cooked wings in a bowl. Pour sauce over wings and toss until evenly coated.
5️⃣ Serve
- Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing.

- Adjust heat with more or less hot sauce.
