Instructions
- Preheat oven:
- 350°F (175°C).

- Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.

- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, melted butter, eggs, milk (or sour cream), and vanilla.

- Layer the bread:
- Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan.
