Big Mac Sliders

🥔 Slow Cooker Potatoes

Creamy, tender, and hands-off. Great as a side for anything.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 lbs baby potatoes (or russet/yukon gold, cubed)
  • 3 tbsp butter, cut into pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika or Italian seasoning
  • Optional: ½ cup shredded cheddar, ¼ cup sour cream, or fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray.
  2. Add potatoes, garlic, seasonings, and butter.
  3. Toss to coat.
  4. Cook:
    • LOW: 6–7 hours
    • HIGH: 3–4 hours
  5. Stir once or twice if you can.
  6. Finish with cheese, sour cream, or herbs if desired.

Variations

  • 🧀 Cheesy ranch: add ranch seasoning + cheddar
  • 🥓 Loaded: bacon bits, cheese, sour cream
  • 🌿 Garlic herb: rosemary + thyme + olive oil

🍔 Big Mac Sliders

All the Big Mac flavor, baked into easy sliders. Perfect for parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt & pepper
  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work great)
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • Dill pickle slices
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Big Mac Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef, season with salt & pepper, drain grease.
  3. Slice buns in half horizontally. Place bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread sauce on buns, add beef, cheese, and pickles.
  5. Add top buns. Brush tops with melted butter if you want.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Remove, lift tops, add shredded lettuce, replace tops.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds if using.

Serve with

  • Fries or tater tots
  • Chips & pickles
  • Coleslaw
