Creamy Slow Cooker Beef Steak

Ingredients
- 1½–2 lbs beef steak, sliced or left whole
- 1 packet onion soup mix (or 1 tsp onion powder + 1 tsp garlic powder + salt & pepper)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup beef broth
- 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Optional: mushrooms, onions
Instructions
- (Optional but recommended) Quickly sear steak in a hot pan for color.
- Add steak to slow cooker.
- Whisk soup, broth, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire. Pour over steak.
- Scatter cream cheese on top.
- Cook:
- Low: 6–8 hours
- High: 4–5 hours
- Stir until creamy and tender.
