Baked Sweet Potato

Ingredients

  • 2–4 medium sweet potatoes
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub sweet potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Pat dry with a towel.
  4. Optional: Rub with a little olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt for crispier skin.

2. Bake

  1. Prick each sweet potato several times with a fork.
