Baked potato

Baked potato is a simple dish where a whole potato is baked until the inside is soft and fluffy and the skin becomes crispy. It’s often topped with butter, cheese, sour cream, or vegetables. πŸ₯”πŸ§ˆπŸ§€

Ingredients

  • 2–4 large potatoes (Russet works best)
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt

Oven Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
  2. Wash and dry potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Pierce the potatoes a few times with a fork.

  1. Wash and poke holes in the potato.
  2. Microwave on high for 5–7 minutes, turning halfway.
