🥯 Bagel Crackers

Crispy, bite-sized crackers that taste just like your favorite bagels — perfect for snacking or dipping.


📝 Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, everything bagel seasoning, coarse salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven:
    Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make dough:
    In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
    Stir in yogurt and olive oil until a soft dough forms.
  3. Roll out:
    Roll dough to about ¼-inch thickness on a floured surface.
  4. Cut crackers:
    Use a knife, pizza cutter, or cookie cutter to cut into small squares or desired shapes.
    Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with seeds or seasoning if desired.
  5. Bake:
    Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool completely before serving.
