A Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit is a classic breakfast sandwich: a warm, flaky biscuit filled with crispy bacon, a perfectly cooked egg, and melty cheese. Perfect for breakfast on the go or a hearty morning treat.


🥄 Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 freshly baked or store-bought biscuits
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices cheese (cheddar, American, or your favorite)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking eggs

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook bacon:

  • Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  • Drain on paper towels.

2️⃣ Cook eggs:

  • In the same skillet or a non-stick pan, melt a little butter or oil.
  • Fry eggs sunny-side up or over-easy, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Alternatively, scramble the eggs for a different texture.

3️⃣ Assemble biscuits:

  • Slice biscuits in half horizontally.
  • Layer cheese on the bottom half, add egg, then bacon.
  • Top with the other biscuit half.

4️⃣ Melt cheese (optional):

  • Place assembled biscuit back in the skillet over low heat or in a toaster oven for 1–2 minutes to melt the cheese slightly.
