🥩 Air Fryer Steak Bites

Air fryer steak bites are quick, tender, and flavorful, perfect for a weeknight dinner or a protein-packed snack. They cook faster than a pan and get a nice sear without extra oil.

🥄 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) beef steak (sirloin, ribeye, or strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Steak

  1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels for better searing.
  2. In a bowl, toss steak with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2️⃣ Preheat the Air Fryer

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

3️⃣ Cook the Steak Bites

  1. Place steak cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
  2. Air fry for 7–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
    • For medium-rare, aim for 7 minutes.
    • For medium, 9 minutes.
    • For well-done, 10 minutes.

4️⃣ Serve

  • Garnish with fresh parsley or chives.
  • Optional: drizzle with garlic butter or serve with steak sauce.

🍽️ Serving Tips

  • Pair with air fryer vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
  • Great for tacos, bowls, or wraps.
  • Can also be served as an appetizer with dipping sauce.

💡 Tips

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket to ensure even browning.
  • Let steak rest 3–5 minutes before serving to keep juices inside.
  • Use a meat thermometer if you want precise doneness: 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
