Air fryer salmon

Air fryer salmon = fast, juicy, and crispy on the edges 😮‍🔥🐟
This one’s basically foolproof.


🐟 Air Fryer Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika (or Cajun seasoning)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Season salmon
    Pat dry. Rub with olive oil, then season evenly.
  3. Air fry
    Place salmon skin-side down.
    Cook 7–9 minutes, depending on thickness.
  4. Check doneness
    Flakes easily with a fork; internal temp ~145°F.
  5. Finish
    Squeeze lemon on top and serve.

🔥 Flavor Variations

  • Honey garlic: brush with honey + soy sauce
  • Lemon herb: add dill or parsley
  • Spicy: Cajun or chili flakes
  • Asian-style: miso or teriyaki glaze (last 2 minutes)

  • No flipping needed
  • Don’t overcrowd the basket
  • For extra crisp: spray lightly with oil
