🥔 Air Fryer Potatoes
Air fryer potatoes are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and much quicker than oven roasting. Perfect as a side dish or snack.
📝 Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes (Serves 2–4)

- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Optional: fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Air Fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare Potatoes
- Toss potato cubes or wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Optional: add chopped fresh herbs for extra flavor.
3️⃣ Cook
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer (do not overcrowd).
- Cook 15–20 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness; cook 2–5 more minutes if needed.
4️⃣ Serve
- Serve immediately as a side with your favorite protein, or sprinkle with Parmesan for extra flavor.
🔥 Tips
- Cut potatoes evenly for uniform cooking.
- For extra crispiness, soak potato cubes in cold water for 20 minutes, then pat dry before tossing with oil and seasonings.
- Use a light coating of oil to get golden, not greasy, potatoes.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
