Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.

2️⃣ Make the crust

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press ~1 tablespoon into the bottom of each muffin cup.
  3. Bake 5 minutes and set aside to cool slightly.

3️⃣ Prepare the apple filling

  1. In a small bowl, toss chopped apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
