Posted on February 28, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a decadent, no-bake style Caramel Chocolate Crunch Bars recipe — layered, chewy, crispy, and rich.

🍫 Caramel Chocolate Crunch Bars

Ingredients (8×8-inch pan)

For the crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

For the caramel layer:

  • 1 cup soft caramels (about 25 pieces), unwrapped
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

For the chocolate crunch layer:

  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the crust

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar.
  3. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  4. Chill for 15–20 minutes to set.

2️⃣ Make the caramel layer

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt caramels with heavy cream.
  2. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Pour evenly over the chilled crust.
  4. Refrigerate 20–30 minutes until set but still slightly soft.

3️⃣ Make the chocolate crunch layer

  1. Melt chocolate chips and butter together (microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring).
  2. Stir in crispy rice cereal until fully coated.
  3. Spread evenly over the caramel layer.

4️⃣ Chill & slice

  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour until fully set.
  • Lift from pan and slice into bars.

Tips for Perfect Bars

  • Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the caramel for a salted caramel twist.
  • For extra crunch, add chopped peanuts or pretzels to the chocolate layer.
  • Let bars sit at room temperature 10 minutes before cutting for cleaner slices.
