Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional but recommended)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp sugar (optional, enhances sweetness)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Mix Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine whole corn, cream-style corn, cream cheese, melted butter, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Stir until mostly smooth (small cream cheese lumps are okay).
  • Fold in shredded cheddar if using.

3️⃣ Bake
