Here are easy, foolproof ways to make Corn on the Cob 🌽

Classic Boiled Corn (Sweet & Juicy)

Ingredients

  • Fresh corn on the cob
  • Water
  • Salt (optional)
  • Butter (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add corn, cover, and turn off heat.
  3. Let sit 8–10 minutes.
  4. Drain and serve with butter and salt.

Grilled Corn (Smoky & Charred)

Instructions

With husks on:

  1. Soak corn in water 15 minutes.
  2. Grill over medium heat 15–20 minutes, turning often.

Husked:

  1. Brush corn with oil or butter.
  2. Grill 10–12 minutes, turning until charred.

Oven-Roasted Corn

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Wrap corn in foil with butter and salt.
  3. Roast 25–30 minutes.

Microwave Corn (Fastest!)

  1. Leave husk on.
  2. Microwave 3–5 minutes per ear.
  3. Cut off stem end and slide corn out clean.

Flavor Ideas

  • Classic: Butter + salt
  • Mexican-style: Mayo, cotija, chili powder, lime
  • Garlic herb: Butter, garlic, parsley
  • Sweet: Honey butter
