Chicken Spaghetti

Here’s a classic, comforting Chicken Spaghetti recipe — creamy, cheesy, and perfect for family dinners.


🍗 Creamy Chicken Spaghetti

📝 Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ½ cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a large skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, and 1½ cups cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth.
  5. Add cooked chicken and stir well. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  6. Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce mixture.
  7. Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  8. Top with remaining ½ cup cheese.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

  • Sautéed mushrooms
  • Diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • Crushed red pepper for heat
  • Breadcrumb topping for extra crunch
