Here’s a simple, foolproof way to cook Bacon in the Oven — crispy, evenly cooked, and easy cleanup 🥓✨


Oven-Baked Bacon

Serves: 2–4 (depending on slices)
Time: ~20–25 minutes


Ingredients

  • 8–12 slices of bacon
  • Optional: black pepper, brown sugar, or maple syrup for flavor

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Place a wire rack on top if you want the bacon extra crispy and fat to drain.

2️⃣ Arrange Bacon

  • Lay bacon slices in a single layer on the baking sheet or wire rack.
  • Make sure slices do not overlap.

3️⃣ Add Optional Flavor

4️⃣ Bake

  • Remove bacon and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

  • Chewy bacon: bake closer to 15 minutes.
  • Crispy bacon: bake 20–25 minutes.
