Chicken Cheese Wrap

Ingredients

  • 2–3 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • ½ cup lettuce, shredded
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • 2–3 tbsp mayonnaise or ranch dressing
  • Optional: sliced avocado, onions, or bell peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Filling

  • In a bowl, combine chicken, cheese, mayonnaise (or ranch), salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined.

2️⃣ Assemble Wraps

  • Lay a tortilla flat.
  • Spread lettuce evenly, then add tomato, optional veggies, and the chicken-cheese mixture.

3️⃣ Roll

  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom.

4️⃣ Optional Heating

  • Heat in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side for a warm, melty wrap.
