Here’s an easy slow cooker 4-ingredient honey garlic beef recipe—sweet, savory, and perfect for busy days 🐄🍯

Ingredients

  • 1–1.2 kg (2–2½ lb) beef chuck, blade, or brisket
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 4–6 cloves garlic, minced
    (or 2 tsp garlic paste)

Instructions

  1. Add to slow cooker
    Place beef in the slow cooker.
  2. Mix sauce
    Stir together honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Pour over beef.
  3. Cook
    • Low: 7–8 hours
    • High: 4–5 hours
      Until beef is very tender.
  4. Shred & serve
    Shred beef with two forks and mix back into the sauce.

  • Splash of water or beef stock if sauce seems thick
