Here are 3 easy and delicious ways to cook chicken breast — juicy, flavorful, and simple.

🍗 1. Juicy Oven-Baked Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1–2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken dry. Rub with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Place in a baking dish.
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes (until internal temp reaches 165°F / 74°C).
  5. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Tip: Don’t overcook — that’s the #1 cause of dry chicken.

🍳 2. Simple Pan-Seared Chicken Breast

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken to even thickness.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat 1–2 Tbsp oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  5. Rest before slicing.

Great for salads, wraps, or pasta.

🧄 3. Creamy Garlic Chicken Breast

After searing chicken:

  1. Remove chicken from pan.
  2. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
  3. Add 1 cup heavy cream + 1/2 cup chicken broth.
