Slow Cooker Creamy Raisin Pudding

Serves 6–8

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1️⃣ Soften the Raisins

  • Place raisins in warm water.
  • Let soak 10–15 minutes, then drain (this keeps them plump and soft).

2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together:

  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg

3️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk:

  • Milk
  • Eggs
  • Melted butter
  • Vanilla

4️⃣ Combine

  • Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Fold in drained raisins.

5️⃣ Slow Cook
