- 1 lb smoked sausage (kielbasa, andouille, or similar), sliced into rounds
- 1 cup long-grain white rice (uncooked)
- 2 cups chicken broth (or water + bouillon)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Cook the sausage
