🧀 Cheesy Dip with Tortilla Chips

A warm, gooey, crowd-pleasing dip perfect for parties, game day, or snacking.


📝 Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes (optional: use Rotel for a zesty kick)
  • 2–3 green onions, sliced
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp chili powder or cumin (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes, green onions, garlic, and spices. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer to baking dish: Spread mixture evenly in a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  4. Bake: 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve hot: Sprinkle extra green onions or a little paprika on top, and serve with tortilla chips.

✨ Tips

  • For a spicier dip, add diced jalapeños or a few dashes of hot sauce.
  • You can make it ahead of time — just bake it before serving.
  • To make it extra gooey, stir in ¼ cup milk before baking.
