Here’s a rich, flavorful Shrimp Bake — easy to make, cheesy, and perfect as a main or side dish 🍤🧀

🍤 Cheesy Shrimp Bake

🧾 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Optional:

  • Cooked rice, pasta, or crusty bread for serving

🔥 Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.

2. Sauté Shrimp

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add shrimp and garlic; cook 1–2 minutes per side until just pink.
  • Remove from heat.

3. Assemble Bake

  • Place shrimp in the baking dish.
  • Add cherry tomatoes if using.
  • Pour cream evenly over shrimp.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan, mozzarella, paprika, red pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

4. Bake

  • Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.

5. Serve

  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve over rice, pasta, or with bread to soak up the sauce.

💡 Tips:

  • Don’t overcook shrimp — they cook quickly in the oven and will keep tender.
  • For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or lemon juice to the cream before baking.
  • Swap mozzarella for pepper jack for a spicy twist.

I can also give you a Cajun-style Shrimp Bake or Garlic Butter Shrimp Bake if you want a bolder flavor profile.

Do you want me to give the Cajun version?
