Tuscan Shrimp

Posted on February 15, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a rich, creamy, restaurant-style Tuscan Shrimp you can make in about 25–30 minutes 🍤🌿

🍤 Creamy Tuscan Shrimp

🧾 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil), sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1–2 cups fresh spinach
  • Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)

🔥 Instructions

1. Season the Shrimp

Pat shrimp dry. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Sear

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Remove and set aside (don’t overcook!).

3. Build the Sauce

In the same pan:

  • Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Pour in chicken broth and cream. Simmer 3–5 minutes.

4. Make It Creamy

Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Simmer until slightly thickened.

5. Finish

Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Return shrimp to pan and simmer 1–2 minutes.

Taste and adjust salt if needed.

🍽️ Serve With

  • Pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Rice
  • Crusty bread

💡 Pro Tip

If the sauce gets too thick, add a splash of broth.
If too thin, simmer longer or add more Parmesan.

If you’d like, I can also give you:

  • A lighter (no heavy cream) version
  • A spicy Tuscan shrimp
  • Tuscan shrimp pasta version
  • Or a one-pan low-carb version

What are you pairing it with?
