Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails optional)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk (optional)

- ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

- Bowl 1: Flour + half the salt/pepper
