🍖 Baked Spare Ribs (Tender + Sticky)
Ingredients
- 3–4 lb pork spare ribs
- Salt & black pepper
Sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Heat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Season ribs with salt & pepper.
- Wrap tightly in foil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake 2½–3 hours until very tender.
- Mix sauce ingredients.
- Unwrap ribs, brush with sauce.
- Increase oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Bake uncovered 20–25 minutes, flipping once and basting, until caramelized.
