Honey garlic shrimp, sausage, and broccoli

Posted on February 9, 2026 by Admin

Ooo, solid combo 😋 Here’s a quick, weeknight-friendly way to make honey garlic shrimp, sausage, and broccoli—one pan, big flavor.

Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 12–14 oz smoked sausage (Andouille or kielbasa), sliced
  • 3–4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium if you’ve got it)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional but 🔥)
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Squeeze of lemon (optional)

How to make it

  1. Mix the sauce: Honey, garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  2. Brown the sausage: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add sausage and cook until nicely browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook the broccoli: In the same pan, toss in broccoli with a pinch of salt. Sauté 3–4 minutes until bright green and just tender. Remove.
  4. Shrimp time: Add butter if using. Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
  5. Bring it together: Return sausage and broccoli to the pan. Pour in the honey garlic sauce and toss everything for 1–2 minutes until glossy and slightly thickened.
  6. Finish: Taste, adjust seasoning, add a lemon squeeze if you like.

Serve it with

  • Rice, jasmine or brown
  • Cauliflower rice
  • Noodles
  • Or honestly… straight out of the pan 🫠

Want it spicier, more garlicky, or oven-baked instead of stovetop?
