Ooo, solid combo 😋 Here’s a quick, weeknight-friendly way to make honey garlic shrimp, sausage, and broccoli—one pan, big flavor.
Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 12–14 oz smoked sausage (Andouille or kielbasa), sliced
- 3–4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium if you’ve got it)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter (optional but 🔥)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Squeeze of lemon (optional)
How to make it
- Mix the sauce: Honey, garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
- Brown the sausage: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add sausage and cook until nicely browned. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the broccoli: In the same pan, toss in broccoli with a pinch of salt. Sauté 3–4 minutes until bright green and just tender. Remove.
- Shrimp time: Add butter if using. Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
- Bring it together: Return sausage and broccoli to the pan. Pour in the honey garlic sauce and toss everything for 1–2 minutes until glossy and slightly thickened.
- Finish: Taste, adjust seasoning, add a lemon squeeze if you like.
Serve it with
- Rice, jasmine or brown
- Cauliflower rice
- Noodles
- Or honestly… straight out of the pan ðŸ«
