- ⅔ cup (65 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups (360 g) powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) milk (adjust for consistency)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the cake
- Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Carefully stir in boiling water (batter will be thin).
- Bake
