2. Layer in the slow cooker:

  • Place onions (if using) and mushrooms at the bottom.
  • Lay pork chops on top.

  • In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic, and thyme.
  • Pour over the pork chops.

4. Cook:

  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until pork chops are tender and fully cooked (internal temp 145°F / 63°C).

5. Finish and serve:

  • Spoon sauce over pork chops.
  • Garnish with parsley.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
