Easy WW Chocolate Frosty

Here’s an easy WW (Weight Watchers–friendly) chocolate fix that’s fast and hits the craving without blowing the day.

Easy WW Chocolate Mug Cake 🍫

(Super popular, pantry-friendly)

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp self-rising flour
    (or all-purpose + pinch baking powder + pinch salt)
  • 2 tbsp granulated or zero-cal sweetener
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or skim milk)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ tsp vanilla (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix everything in a microwave-safe mug until smooth
  2. Microwave 60–90 seconds (start with 60)
  3. Let cool 1 minute, then eat straight from the mug 😌

Optional toppings (keep it WW-friendly)

  • Fat-free whipped topping
  • Fresh berries
  • Sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • A sprinkle of powdered sweetener

Even Easier Option (No flour)

Chocolate “pudding” bowl

  • ¾ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Sweetener to taste
    Mix + chill 10 minutes. Creamy, rich, done.
