Pizza chips

Here’s a fun and easy Pizza Chips recipe — crispy, cheesy, and loaded with pizza flavor 🍕✨


Pizza Chips

Serves: 2–4 (snack-sized)
Time: ~20–25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of tortilla chips or pita chips (store-bought)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni, diced ham, or cooked sausage (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Optional toppings: sliced olives, bell peppers, fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat to 200°C / 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange chips
    Spread chips in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Add toppings
    • Spoon small amounts of pizza sauce over chips.
    • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly.
    • Add mini pepperoni, diced veggies, or other toppings.
    • Sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning.
  4. Bake
    Bake 8–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye to avoid burning the edges.
  5. Serve
    Let cool slightly, then serve warm. Optional: garnish with fresh basil or a drizzle of olive oil.

Tips & Variations

  • Extra crispy: Use thicker tortilla chips or pita chips and bake a few minutes longer.
  • Spicy: Add red pepper flakes or a drizzle of hot sauce before baking.
  • Mini pizza bites: Use small rounds of pita bread instead of chips for a sturdier base.
  • Make ahead: Assemble, cover, and refrigerate, then bake fresh when ready.
