Ingredients
- 3 cups potatoes, peeled & diced
- 1½ cups cooked ham, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk or half-and-half
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- Salt & black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika or thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the veggies
In a pot, add potatoes, onion, garlic, and broth.
Simmer 12–15 minutes until potatoes are tender. - Make it creamy
In a small pan, melt butter. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in milk until smooth. - Combine
Stir the cream mixture into the soup. - Add ham
Add diced ham and seasoning. Simmer 5–10 minutes. - Finish
Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot and cozy 😌
