Chicken salad—cool, creamy, crunchy, endlessly customizable 😄
Here’s a classic base plus some fun twists so it never gets boring.

Classic Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2–3 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
  • ½ cup mayo (or Greek yogurt, or a mix)
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 1–2 tbsp red onion or scallions
  • Salt & pepper
  • Squeeze of lemon or splash of vinegar

Mix it up: stir everything together, chill 15–30 minutes if you can.
