Here’s a crispy, melty, 15-minute version that absolutely slaps.

Pepperoni Pizza Tacos

Ingredients

  • Small flour tortillas (soft taco size)
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella (shredded)
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Optional extras: olives, mushrooms, jalapeños, red pepper flakes
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Optional dip: ranch or garlic sauce

Method (Skillet = best)

  1. Heat a skillet over medium.
  2. Lightly oil one side of a tortilla. Place oiled side down in the pan.
  3. On one half: spread pizza sauce, add mozzarella, then pepperoni.
  4. Fold tortilla like a taco and press gently.
  5. Cook 2–3 min per side until golden and crispy, cheese fully melted.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Oven Method (crowd-friendly)

  1. Fill and fold tacos.
  2. Brush outsides with oil or melted butter.
  3. Bake at 425°F / 220°C for 8–10 min, flip once.
